Don’t use harsh soaps or detergents on dry and extremely dry skin. Always choose gentle cleansers formulated to maintain the lipid balance of your skin.
If you suffer from dry or very dry skin, don’t shower more than once a day or bathe for more than 10 minutes*. This will help to prevent your skin from drying out.
When showering or bathing, try to avoid using water that is too warm as that may dry out your skin even more.
